Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and dispatch

Every order is carefully prepared and shipped with a tracking number. As soon as it ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package.

Delivery times

Your order is delivered within 5 to 10 business days after it is confirmed. If there's a delay, just contact us: we follow every package until it's delivered.

Lost or damaged package

If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, contact us at bopieofficial.pro@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a replacement or refund you.

Shipping address

Please check your address before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we'll correct it if the package hasn't shipped yet.
