Frequently asked questions

How do I use it?

It's very simple! Make sure your skin is completely dry and the file is charged before you start.

  • 1 – Prepare (10 sec): insert the fine roller for dry skin, or the coarse roller for thick calluses. Set the speed.
  • 2 – Smooth (about 5 min): glide the file gently with small back-and-forth movements. It does the work, no need to press.
  • 3 – Enjoy: wipe your feet, apply a foot cream and enjoy super-soft heels.

Which roller should I choose?

The fine roller is ideal for regular upkeep and simply dry skin. The coarse roller tackles thick calluses and very rough areas. You can start with the coarse roller and finish with the fine one for a really smooth feel.

How often should I use it?

For most feet, a 5-minute session every two weeks is enough. Avoid buffing too often or for too long on the same spot.

Does it hurt?

It's designed to be gentle: the roller targets dead, dry skin. If you feel any discomfort, press more lightly or switch to the fine roller.

Can I use it on wet skin?

No, always use it on dry skin: dead skin comes off much more easily and the result is better.

Are there any contraindications?

Do not use it on broken, irritated or infected skin, on warts or on deep cracks. If you have diabetes or circulation problems, ask your doctor or podiatrist before use.

How do I clean it?

Remove the roller and clean it with the brush provided after each use. Store the file with its cap on.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 90 minutes of use on a full charge. Then recharge it for a few hours with the USB cable provided.
